Purpose...Fulfillment...Calling...

Words used to describe the work that we come here to do.

Some of us are more aware of our inner impulses than others.

Or perhaps, just more brave to act on them.

Either way, you've felt the stirring within.

You listened. You learned. And eventually you took the leap to do the thing that makes your heart sing.

That took guts. And most likely it took you scraping the bottom of the barrel at some point, asking the age old question “Is this really all there is?”

One doesn't uproot her life to answer that call lightly, or without a moment of questioning everything.

For me it was about family.

My daughter is why I left the 9-5 behind to pursue a life that included both my work, and myself.

I knew that there had to be a better way to live.

I had to find the version of my life where I was free to see my kid more than 2 hours a day during the work week, and stop living for the weekends.

This is what I longed for when I was a teacher, working several jobs at once.
I left my house before my family woke up and was lucky to return home before bedtime.

I knew that there had to be more than the empty promise I had bought into...make good grades, get a college degree, find a job, work hard, earn a good retirement, and die happy.

I call bullshit.

At some point we have to acknowledge that this is a lie. This isn’t happiness. Trading time for money. Working for someone else’s bottom line. Feeling run down, overworked, under-paid, and under-fulfilled too much of the time.

There is another way to live.

You can have a life that feels fulfilled, and free. And still earn the income you secretly long for.

The income that you, my friend, deserve.

One that will drastically change your life and your family's life.

Here is what I have come to know from deep within my own stirring, when I trusted myself enough to question everything I’d once believed, and took the leap of a lifetime for the sake of my own heart.

I believe that when we drop the illusion of the conditioned (high-achieving, people pleasing) “worker bee” persona, and authentically step into our soul's work then the universe conspires to support us fully in that endeavor.

Your world has the potential to expand beyond your wildest dreams.

When you do your soul's work you are fully supported to serve using your innate gifts, talents, and passion.

It’s why you have them.

And it’s why you’re here.

When you show up in this capacity, to do the work you came here to do, the universe steps in to not only guide your every step, but also to meet you halfway.

Everything you need is available to you. Always.

But there's a catch: you have to be brave enough to ask, and expect to recieve what you ask for.

(This is where we get stuck. A lifetime of resistant thoughts, tricking you into believing that "you aren’t really that special after all", and "you should not dare to ask for more than you already have"... That'll do it.
This is where I come in to help. More on that in a sec.)

Our conditioned, competitive hustle culture has it all backwards.

We are not meant to work 40-60 hour weeks and have that work take up 80% of our life until retirement.

No matter what your work is, it is not worth the price of your well-being.

Your peace of mind, your sanity, physical health, emotional well-being, and your relationships are worthy of coming first. They matter. You matter.

I believe that it is possible to live life in a state of balance: mentally, physically, and spiritually. But not until you can de-condition your mind from the contrasting (and outdated) beliefs you picked up growing up.

Our culture is motivated by fast and forward movement. Cutthroat competition, and pushing ourselves to the point of burnout. But this no longer serves us.
(If it ever did?)

I’m not alone in this way of thinking. Many feel the call to live life differently and I know you can feel that shift too.

It’s time for us to stand up and welcome a new way of life that prioritizes our whole selves: health, happiness, and purpose.
