What’s the time commitment?
Outside of our biweekly sessions, you can expect to work on self-beliefs about an hour or more each week. Suggested: 15 minutes a day, several days a week. Just like starting any new practice, we will start small and work our way up.
Prepare to be committed to your work outside of our sessions in order to get the full benefit.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
Don’t worry, all group session replays will be posted in your portal within 24 hours.If you can’t join us live you will have the option to submit your question for coaching using a form.
Can I do this program if I’m still working my 9-5?
